Refunds and Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges:
We only issue refunds or exchange items if they are damaged or defective. Due to the majority of our products made to order we do not offer a change of mind exchange or refund service at this time.
Damaged or defective items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged or defective item. If it arrives to you damaged or is defective, then please get in touch with us within a week's time! Do not return anything before contacting us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We would require photographic evidence if possible to work out what necessary steps we need to carry out to rectify this issue.
The refund or exchange policy lasts 28 days. If this 28 day period passes since your purchase then we cannot offer you any refunds or exchanges.
Only regular priced items so unfortunately no refunds or exchanges are available for sale items.
